On top of your normal statutory rights we offer a 30 day no-quibble money back guarantee, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. You can return the goods to us and we will give you a full refund for the goods and shipping.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:
Places on our events are in high demand and places are limited. Because of this the following cancellation terms are strictly applied.
Fees are non refundable upon cancellation but may be redeemed against alternative dates/courses before the end of that current financial year (end March)*. For cancellations within one month of the event, fees are not refundable or transferable unless the space can be re-sold. Courses cancelled within 7 days will not be refunded. We retain the right to cancel or defer a course up to 7 days prior to the start date. In the unlikely event of this happening alternative dates or a refund will be offered. In the event that an alternative date is booked, then the cancellation policy comes back into force from date of booking.
*Where available. Due to the nature of our events, spaces are limited and sell quickly. If there is no space available in the current tax year the original fee is forfeit. Transfer to another course might incur extra cost.
