Earlier this year we were at Sexhibition where we were making mini-floggers with the excited Sexhibitionists. One of the things that came up over and over was that people wanted to pay for the mini-flogger they had made. So supporting The Mark Gorry Foundation seemed like a perfect fit for us.

We were making the mini-floggers for free and explained we didn’t want anything for them. But we realised if people wanted to give something why don’t we support a good cause, that way everyone can be happy.

Fortunately, The Mark Gorry Foundation were also at the show raising awareness of testicular cancer. Something we tend not to really think about in the grand scheme of things.

So many have been touched by cancer in one way or another, and we are no different. Fighting it is something close to our hearts and a cause we knew we wanted to support.

Having the Mark Gorry Foundation at the events we are going to showed us they are a charity that is more than happy to be known within the sex positive community and understand they need to take their message to these amazing people.

After speaking to other people we were a little shocked to find out that some other charities (which are going to remain nameless) are not at all keen to be involved or have their name associated with this group.

To us that seems like such a short sighted and even offensive view to take when we have not met a more friendly or more welcoming group of people. A group who will openly talk about these things, how they relate to real life, and how you deal with them.

So we are proud to be supporting The Mark Gorry Foundation and I hope anyone who makes one of our mini-floggers will consider donating to this fantastic cause.
